b1game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds therein, where b1game has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false registration or verification information; the player's account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or closure is required to comply with b1game's obligations under its international gaming license.
Players may close their b1game account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and applicable withdrawal processing times.
